One of our signature flavours. Soft vanilla cake layers are dotted with raspberries, then sandwiched with Raspberry buttercream and homemade Raspberry compote Note: The pink hue of the buttercream may vary from time to time, depending on the raspberries. Sometimes, the raspberries inside the cake layers may turn purple/blue during baking. This is due to the reaction of the heat and baking powder that turn the raspberries blue-ish. This is very normal.
Try our Brioche Bread and Butter Pudding, soaked in rich, velvety vanilla custard, and served with creamy Vanilla anglaise. Best eaten warm. Do not reheat the Vanilla sauce, as it may split in the microwave or stove top. Remove the pudding from the aluminium foil, and reheat for about 40 seconds in the microwave. Pour the sauce on top, and serve immediately.
