Decide on how you want to sell the surplus food.

Empty buffet boxes that the customer will fill themselves when they arrive.

Filled buffet boxes prepared by your chefs from the surplus food.
Set the Collection Time for your customers.
A time window when customers can pick up their order. This will typically be towards the end of each meal time.
Update the inventory on the ReMeal Seller App.
If providing empty buffet boxes, estimate the number that can be filled by seeing how much surplus food is left.
Nearby ReMealers will be notified.
Nearby users and your followers on the App will be notified of the availability. They can place an order, with all payments made through the app.
Provide the buffet box for your customer.
When the customer arrives at the allocated collection time, provide them with either the empty or filled buffet box. Awesome! Food prevented from going to the landfill!
