MYSaveFood @ Bazar Ramadan 2025

MYSaveFood is a government-led initiative. During Ramadan, MYSaveFood rescues surplus food from Ramadan bazaars, and channels it to those in need.
From Ramadan 2025, the campaign will be powered by the ReMeal platform.
How does it work?
Pemuda GEMA handles operations on the ground. Managing the volunteers and handling the logistics at the bazaars.
ReMeal provides a tech platform to manage the operations. Increasing efficiency and scalability.

What does volunteering involve?

Collect surplus food from each bazaar stall.
Bring it to the MYSaveFood stall to be handled.

Count, categorise, and weigh each food.
This is inputted into the ReMeal platform to be made available for recipients.

Deliver and distribute food to the needy.
Or if the recipient is doing self-pickup, get it ready for the specified collection time.

How can we request food?

Register if you are an eligible organisation.
Including charities, food banks, NGOs, student societies, and mosques.

Request how many meals you need each day.
When your application is approved, you will be able to browse bazaars and request food within the ReMeal app.

Pickup the food yourself, or request for delivery.
You will be notified how many meals you will be receiving. The numbers may vary depending on availability.
